# Method:
01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Peel carrots and cut into thin sticks.
03 - Slice cucumber into rounds and halve some for fossil bone shapes.
04 - Slice bell peppers into strips; optionally cut some into dinosaur bone or footprint shapes using a knife.
05 - Place cauliflower and broccoli florets to mimic fossilized bones and vertebrae on a large platter.
06 - Use snap peas and carrot sticks to form rib and limb shapes.
07 - Position cherry tomatoes around the display as dinosaur eggs.
08 - Serve hummus or ranch dressing in a small bowl at the center or spread creatively to form a dinosaur skull or footprint.
09 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
