- Jewel Fruits: 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup pomegranate arils, 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
- Garnishes: Edible flowers (such as violets or pansies), Fresh mint leaves, Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Arrange mini puff pastry diamonds on a large platter. Pipe or spoon vanilla cream onto some pastries. Add white chocolate diamonds and scatter fruit jewels around. Garnish with edible flowers mint leaves and a dusting of powdered sugar.
