How do I achieve a smooth glaze consistency?

Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and butter slowly, stirring continuously to avoid lumps before adding peppermint extract.

Can I prepare these brownie bites in advance?

Yes, they keep well for up to three days at room temperature in an airtight container or can be frozen for up to one month.
